A personal approach to luxury villas, from around the world to Cartagena and Medellín.
26 homes · Cartagena & Medellín · By request only
GoinLux Colombia is the newest chapter of GoinLux — a passion for personalized, exceptional villa experiences that began years ago in St. Barth's and St. Maarten, and now brings the same standard of care to Cartagena and Medellín.
We see every house ourselves before we ever show it to a guest.
I am nobody, but I live beside the ocean, and I keep a few pitchers of that water with me. When a guest comes, I offer that to him.
Jeff Goins founded GoinLux on a simple belief: a villa should feel like the best version of home, and the details should be handled by someone who genuinely cares. With a background in luxury hospitality management and over 17+ years curating exclusive stays across the world, Jeff built GoinLux on personal relationships rather than listings — every property hand-selected, every guest treated like a returning friend.
Bringing GoinLux to Colombia was a natural next step: the same eye for exceptional homes, now applied to the walled city of Cartagena and the hillside villas of Medellín.
